Tobi Klar, MD, is an attending physician and Assistant Professor at Montefiore-Einstein. Dr. Klar’s clinical expertise includes general dermatological procedures, as well as more complex procedures such as the treatment of psoriasis and inflammatory dermatoses with phototherapy, topical therapy and biologic therapy.
